Clean Elections

The Clean Elections Commission uses public funds (from fines, not taxes) to provide election information to the public and to finance campaigns of candidates running for state office. To qualify, candidates promise not to take funds from special interest groups, parties, or PACs, and must solicit individual $5 donations to E-Qual from registered voters of ANY party. By the way, donating to the State of Arizona doesn’t put you on any “lists” to ask for more donations; this is not affiliated with any party or fundraising platform.

Citizens Clean Elections Commission also provides non-partisan voting and election information to the public. Check out their website at azcleanelections.gov/.

I was excited to be able to participate in Clean Election funding, but unfortunately, I was 34 donations short of qualifying, so now I will campaign as a traditionally funded candidate.
